Production labourer - Dowel

Discover the Position

Description

Work mainly on the doweler and other production machines.

Sort and preassemble kitchen cabinet components.

Assist other members of the production team in daily manufacturing tasks.

Looking for:

Mandatory experience of 2 years.

No school diploma required.

Experience in manual work.

Be able to use carpentry equipment and tools.

Be in good physical condition.

Knowledge of working in a factory, an asset.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Technical kitchen designer

Discover the Position

Description

Manage requests for quotes from various contractors for the multi-housing sector, ensure the understanding of needs, and obtain the necessary clarifications from project managers.

Develop the tender according to the specifications and additional information obtained from customers while seeking to optimize construction costs by proposing various options in order to differentiate the company from other bidders.

Create workshop plans/drawings via Cabinet-Vision, once the project is obtained. Send to customers for approval and communicate with various stakeholders until they are approved.

Revise submissions and shop plans/drawings according to addenda and modifications to the project until production is put into production.

Perform “nesting”, that is to say, the conversion of Cabinet-Vision plans into machine language format.

Ensure that the quantities of materials to be ordered for projects put into production are added to the file after receiving all the “post-nesting” information.

Assist when ordering certain materials, especially for counters of all types, by contacting suppliers and placing orders.

Collaborate with the kitchen designer during client meetings and to create various workshop plans/drawings for single-family projects. However, it is understood that the current need is mainly for our division linked to the multi-housing sector.

Looking for:

Design training or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical kitchen design.

Mastery of Cabinet Vision software.

Mastery of the Office suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Good command of French and English both orally and in writing.

Ease in working in a team.

Positive and professional attitude.

Demonstrates a keen sense of organization, planning and follow-up, as well as great rigor at work.

Ability to work under pressure and to work on several files at the same time.

Demonstrates flexibility and adaptation.

Accounting technician

Discover the Position

Description

Participate in the implementation of new accounting software.

Perform complete bookkeeping including entering supplier invoices and preparing internal monthly financial statements.

Perform billing and follow-up of customer accounts.

Prepare payments to suppliers, monitor bank accounts and carry out bank reconciliations.

Prepare and submit tax returns (GST/TVQ) according to deadlines.

Participate in the monthly and annual accounting closing process.

Contribute to the analysis of budget variances and financial performance.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Looking for:

College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent.

Prior experience of 3 years in a similar position.

Mastery of Acomba accounting software and Microsoft Office suite tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be able to perform comprehensive bookkeeping, including entering invoices, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.

Be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities

Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and in implementing new procedures to optimize efficiency.

Be organized and able to effectively manage priorities while respecting deadlines, especially during monthly and annual closing periods.

Have high accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and documented.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
